About me

Hi everyone ! 

My name is Matei Gaina, I am 22 years old and currently doing my last semester in Social science: the individual, which is a psychology program. I am doing this blog in order to share the things that I learned over the years about psychology. This pandemic affected a lot of people mentally and in order to help I wish to raise general awareness about mental health and other subjects related to it. I will try my best to post regularly despite my full-time studies and a part-time job. I hope that my post will help to better understand mental health issues and deal with them.
